Our office is currently paneled with Aetna, BCBS of Massachusetts, BCBS AZ, and Cigna. We are also in the process of getting paneled with Oscar, Oxford and UnitedHealthcare.  If we are unable to take your insurance at this time and your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. Depending on the insurance plan, many will reimburse a percentage of your bill. To determine if you have out-of-network benefits, contact your insurance and ask whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage. We are willing to work with you to keep mental health services affordable.

 Intake Assessment: $150 (60-minute initial assessment session)

 Individual Session: $130 (50-minute session)

 Couple's/Family Session: $130 (50-minute session) 

If you would like to schedule a longer session, please feel free to discuss this with us. Sometimes, 90-minute sessions are recommended for couples and families, but it is not required. 

 Payments are due at the time of service.  We accept  Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).  We keep a credit card on file. Payments will be submitted at the beginning of the session. 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified us that you are cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee which is highlighted in your signed consent form. Please log in your client portal to review this fee. 

 If you are wondering what your personal cost is for using health insurance benefits, please call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask them the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits? 
• Is my coverage different for in-person sessions or teletherapy sessions?
• Copay for a mental health office visit?
• Copay for a mental health Teletherapy/virtual visit?
• What is my deductible
• Have I met my deductible for this year?
• How much do I owe after meeting my deductible
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Does my coverage include Individual sessions?
• Does my coverage include Family/Couples sessions?
• Does my coverage include Family/Couples therapy without the patient/main Client present sessions?
