I use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), an approach grounded in attachment science. From this perspective, negative emotions and habitual coping strategies can keep individuals stuck in recurring cycles of distress and challenging interactions with others. EFIT helps strengthen the self, regulate emotions, and create new meaning, guiding you toward experiences that expand your sense of self and open new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.
